5.) PROJECT MANAGER

6.) ESTIMATION AND COSTING ENGINEER

  • Develop and complete estimates from drawings and specifications including materials,
    machining cycles & outside services.
  • Preparing Estimation & Costing of new RFQs in co-ordination with Marketing to get new
    orders
  • Contractor bill certification, rate approval for extra items, Assisting in contractual correspondence. 
  • Quantification, Pricing and placing of the work orders, working out of the Quantities from drawings, working out various estimations and costing.
  • Making R.A. bills, raising R.A. bills, certification of sub-contractors bills, rate analysis, cost comparison, vendor Sourcing.
  • Coordination with site team and compiling reports from site and keeping a track of cost Vs budget. 
  • Identify customer’s needs and sales opportunities to help future growth

7.) Sr. CIVIL ENGINEER

A candidate should have:

  • Civil Engineering Degree from recognised university.
  • Should have 3 to 6 years relevant experience Residential Towers, buildings, Residential projects.
  • Able to coordinate with site, office, client and all agencies, should be excellent in communication and correspondence.
  • Excellent knowledge of QA, QC, Site safety requirements and implementation, should have excellent knowledge of Civil, Finishes, Interior, Facade works, MEPF Services works. 
  • Excellent knowledge of market rates of materials, labour, cost of construction, material of construction, basic & modern techniques of construction. 
  • Able to Variation Analysis, Risk identification, Risk analysis and MIS preparation etc.
  • Reviews and checks structural designs, calculations, contractors’ shop drawings, and engineering drawings for construction, repair, and maintenance projects.
  • Examines and checks building plans and specifications for compliance with various codes and regulations to assure good structural practices and to determine errors in design or construction.
  • Capable of Preparing Work Schedules, Forecasts, Interpretation of Drawings ensuring Optimum Utilization of Resources to ensure Cost Effectiveness.
  • Close Coordination with Contractors, Attending to All the Problems that arise during Construction.
